Chef Chris Eldridge has had the experience of working under many renowned chefs including Emeril Lagasse, Don Pintabona and Art Smith. He has showcased his talents at The Breakers Hotel – West Palm Beach, FL, Atlantic Beach Resort and Spa – Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Equilibrium Bonfire – Middletown, NY. Notably, while serving as Sous Chef at Equilibrium, they were awarded Hudson Valley’s best new restaurant, (2020). Chris moved back to Florida in 2021 and now works at Harvest & Reel, located in the AAA Four Diamond Embassy Suites by Hilton Saint Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort. The restaurant features farm fresh, shore to table cuisine providing an elevated coastal dining experience.
