A gourmet food lover’s experience with a six-course dinner, featuring three guest celebrity/James Beard Foundation award-winning chefs, including Maneet Chauhan, television personality and award-winning chef and author. Three outstanding local chefs will each prepare a course as well. Each course will be paired with a guest golf celebrity’s wine – World Golf Hall of Fame award-winning winemakers and proprietors, along with golf celebrities. The Reception includes an Open Bar with an unbelievable Charcuterie display, by renowned Master Butcher, Michael Sullivan, featuring a variety of hand-butchered meats and locally made breads and accoutrements.

Class 1: "Bourbon and Mixology 101”

Description: St. Augustine Distillery was founded with a single purpose: To make world class spirits and teach guests how to make bartender quality cocktails at home. The class begins with a private tour of St. Augustine Distillery. During this hands-on workshop, Philip and Clark will lead you on a 3-part journey of:  1) What is a bourbon; 2) How Florida bourbon differs from traditional bourbon;  3) How to make a balanced cocktail using three flavor profiles. During this fun and  entertaining session, you’ll taste through the company’s complete line of bourbons.   You will return home ready to make your own delicious, balanced cocktails using  ingredients you most likely have at home. A brief guided distillery tour and visit to the  distillery’s award-winning gift shop will complete a truly special and one-of-a-kind visit.  

Class 2: "How to order the right beer for you, and be cool doing it!"

Description: Sometimes “beertenders” can be intimidating, or maybe downright rude! We’ll delve into the mysterious science of fermentation while gaining an understanding of the four basic ingredients of beer and how they effect what you taste and over-all like or dislike. These tools will arm you with the knowledge and confidence to know exactly what it is you like in a beer and why.  No more asking “what’s your most popular?” for you my friend.  When we’re done with you, Beertenders will stand in awe of your poise and skillful ordering tactics.

We will sample a wide array of beer, examining the complex and not so complex flavors associated with each. Additionally we will offer light and flavorful snacks to further explore just how versatile beer can be!  We hope to see you all there.  Cheers!

During this hands-on seminar, Tony will take you on an interactive and fun journey where you will discover the variety of grapes and the intricate process of making wine. Along the journey, Tony will demystify wine and give you slam dunk tips, as well as, food and wine pairings. Enjoy the ride with this passionate certified sommelier.

Description: Chef Matt Brown, of Leña and Asador, Nick Carrera will take you through the versatility of Live Fire Grilling. They will demonstrate the different styles from ember roasting, flame blistering to slow roasting all over an open fire.  There will be a variety of delicious tastings from each live fire grilling technique for the class to taste, along with a signature bourbon cocktail pairing!  By the end of the demonstration you will be an honorary Asador.
