“Since I was a child, cooking has been my passion. While my career began in aviation and tourism, where I studied Business Administration and Tourism, my heart has always been in the kitchen. Four years ago, after moving to the United States, my son, a renowned chef, welcomed me into his restaurant, and together we’ve shared our love for gastronomy. Inspired by him, I’ve refined new culinary techniques, but my essence always carries the authentic flavors of Peruvian cuisine.
