Chef Rosaria Cammarata brings her culinary expertise to St John’s food service as Executive Chef and extends her reach as a sales consultant from Amelia Island to St. Augustine. As COO of T.C.C.C. Enterprises and owner of Seaside Events, she demonstrates strong entrepreneurial leadership in the local food scene. Passionate about her craft, Chef Rosaria proudly serves as an Ambassador and Chef member of the First Coast World Region of Gastronomy and has contributed to the St John’s Culinary Academy as an advisory board member for two years. A dedicated member of the Women’s Food Alliance, Chef Rosaria and her two sons have called Jacksonville home since 2013.
