Our off-site epicurean classes provide spirits, wine and craft brew lovers a chance to pick a class of their choosing, to learn more about their favorite beverages of choice at these fantastic off-site locations.

Class 2: The Spirit of Florida Tasting Experience

· 11:00 am – 12:30 pm (EMC – 2)

Price: $85 per person.

Location: St. Augustine Distillery
· 112 Riberia Street, St. Augustine, FL  (located 30 minutes from the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort)

Description: Experience a hands-on tour through our production facility and discover how our distillers shepherd our spirits from grain to glass. Finish with a guided tasting in our newly renovated, Oak Stave Tasting Room. Learn the art of tasting bourbon and taste through four of our most select bourbon offerings with St Augustine Distillery brand ambassador and certified bourbon steward, Clark Gilmore.

A variety of master classes featuring cooking demonstrations with celebrity guest chefs, beverage demonstrations and tastings from winemakers and beverage experts. Each class offers the attendee an opportunity to taste culinary creations/bites with paired wines, beers or featured signature cocktails.

Class 3: Cat Cora

Description: Enjoy learning from the renowned celebrity guest chef, Cat Cora on how to make “Fresh Pulled Mozzarella with Heirloom Tomatoes, Aged Balsamic and Crisp Bruschetta”. The class will be paired with wines and all attendees will receive a copy of Cat’s book, Cooking from the Hip.

Class 4: Mastering Biscuits

Rebecca has made thousands of biscuits but her Rosemary Biscuits with Ham and Red Eye Aioli are a cherished favorite.
