Our off-site epicurean classes provide spirits, wine and craft brew lovers a chance to pick a class of their choosing, to learn more about their favorite beverages of choice at these fantastic off-site locations.

Class 1: "Bourbon and Mixology 101”

Description: St. Augustine Distillery was founded with a single purpose: To make world class spirits and teach guests how to make bartender quality cocktails at home. The class begins with a private tour of St. Augustine Distillery. During this hands-on workshop, Philip and Clark will lead you on a 3-part journey of:  1) What is a bourbon; 2) How Florida bourbon differs from traditional bourbon;  3) How to make a balanced cocktail using three flavor profiles. During this fun and  entertaining session, you’ll taste through the company’s complete line of bourbons.   You will return home ready to make your own delicious, balanced cocktails using  ingredients you most likely have at home. A brief guided distillery tour and visit to the  distillery’s award-winning gift shop will complete a truly special and one-of-a-kind visit.  

Class 3: "Bordeaux Blending Class"

Description: Tony believes there is no better way to learn wine than to produce your own blend. During this hands-on seminar, Tony will take you on an interactive and fun journey where you will discover the variety of grapes and the intricate process of making wine. The real fun begins when each attendee has the opportunity to put their new knowledge to work and create their very own Bordeaux blend. Along the journey, Tony will demystify wine and give you slam dunk tips, as well as, food and wine pairings. Enjoy the ride with this passionate certified sommelier.

A variety of master classes featuring cooking demonstrations with celebrity guest chefs, beverage demonstrations and tastings from winemakers and beverage experts. Each class offers the attendee an opportunity to taste culinary creations/bites with paired wines, beers or featured signature cocktails.

Class 4: "Cooking Aloo Chaat with Maneet Chauhan"

Description: Chaat’s are iconic Indian Street foods beloved not only in India but all over the world.  James Beard award winner- Chef Maneet Chauhan, shows her favorite recipe from her newly released, highly acclaimed cook book – Chaat – Recipes from the Kitchen’s, Markets and Railway’s of India”.  She will show the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, tart and delicious.  Learn the basics of balancing spices, flavors and textures from the Original Spice Queen herself.

Class 6: "Experience Grilling on Urban Asado’s Argentine Inspired Live Fire Grills"

· 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM

Description: Chef Matt Brown, of Leña and Asador, Nick Carrera will take you through the versatility of Live Fire Grilling. They will demonstrate the different styles from ember roasting, flame blistering to slow roasting all over an open fire.  There will be a variety of delicious tastings from each live fire grilling technique for the class to taste, along with a signature bourbon cocktail pairing!  By the end of the demonstration you will be an honorary Asador.

Class 7: "From The 18th Hole To The 19th Hole With Jan Stephenson, Jan Stephenson Wines"
