Ron Dimpflmaier, aka Captain Ron Cooks, is a live-fire cooking expert, Big Green Egg specialist, and YouTube personality known for bringing bold flavors to the flame. A winner of the Visit Lauderdale Food & Wine BBQ at the Beach and the South Beach Wine & Food Festival BBQ competition, he has also cooked and demonstrated at major barbecue events including Memphis in May, while earning top honors at numerous Eggfests and cooking competitions.
