Jesshuan Foreman is a rising force in the culinary world. His journey began at just five years old, helping his parents run their pop-up food stand on Second and Keech. He started by washing dishes and setting up alongside his brother, Kount Angel, learning the fundamentals of hard work and dedication from an early age. Over the years, he advanced from prep work to cooking alongside his father, mastering his craft by the age of 14.

While attending Campbell Middle School, he developed a love for science, and a school project—making ice cream with ice and a Ziploc bag—sparked his passion for crafting frozen treats. This early experience ignited his journey into ice cream making. He later pursued culinary studies at Mainland High School, refining his skills and deepening his passion for the industry until his senior year.

Jesshuan and his brother, Kount Angel, have earned recognition for their talents, winning awards in dessert competitions for their collaboration in creating gourmet ice creams and cakes. Their innovative approach to flavors and dedication to quality have set them apart in the culinary world.

Jesshuan, known as “QC” for his keen eye in quality control, brings fresh creativity and passion to Sauté Kingz by Chef Count. As a key part of the family-owned business, he is committed to carrying forward its legacy of bold flavors, exceptional service, and community impact.

In 2022, he was a team member on Season 15 of The Great Food Truck Race and was featured in a national commercial with Tyler Florence, further showcasing his talent and dedication on a national stage.

Growing up immersed in the culinary world, Jesshuan developed a deep appreciation for food, innovation, and hospitality. In 2024, he launched The Balla Parlor LLC, his own unique twist on flavored ice cream, blending creativity with high-quality ingredients to craft one-of-a-kind frozen treats.

Beyond catering, Jesshuan has made a name for himself with his line of handcrafted ice creams and fruit sorbets, available in regular, organic, and vegan options. His dedication to unique, high-quality flavors has already earned recognition, including Best Dessert at the Sanford Food Truck Event in 2024.

He also plays a vital role in Sauté Kingz’ expansion, from food truck rallies to exclusive catering events, helping elevate the brand to new heights.

With a vision for the future, Jesshuan continues to evolve as both a chef and entrepreneur, blending tradition with innovation while remaining rooted in his family’s commitment to excellence and community. His journey is just beginning—and the best is yet to come.
