Chef Rosaria Cammarata, COO of T.C.C.C. Enterprises, and thischickcancook.com, brings over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to her consulting and catering work. As owner of Seaside Events, she offers mobile bar services, and specializes in fundraising events. while continuing to share her expertise in academic settings. A dedicated advocate for food policy and hunger issues, she has served on numerous boards and committees, including the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s Educational Committee. Appointed as an ambassador of the First Coast World Region of Gastronomy, Rosaria has called Jacksonville home with her two sons since 2013.
