In 2011, Ben & Lindy Loose founded Gas Full-Service Restaurant in St. Augustine, Florida. Their mission was to provide high-quality food made from locally-sourced (and in many cases organic) ingredients that is accessible to anyone. Their passion for providing customers the best possible experience comes through not just in the service, but in the food as well.
